Adam Multz, CEO

Adam provides all-encompassing marketing and advertising expertise to anyone looking to grow their business. Being able to always keep an open mind, Adam is the first to know about all things contemporary and state-of-the-art. Having spent the past eight years working with some of the biggest companies, Adam has mastered the various forms of marketing and advertising. Understanding that there is no one-size-fits-all approach to marketing, he uses his creative thought process to find the best approach to help his clients achieve success.

Adam brings over eight years of high-volume operational experience to the substance abuse and mental health industry. His vast amount of knowledge in all things digital advertising has been instrumental in building the organization. Reaching all facets of a successful substance abuse multi-location organization, Adam’s expertise allows him to excel at leading team supervision of new acquisitions, ramping-up staffing, call center integration, generating new leads, admissions, accounting and collections.

Daniel Cincotta, COO

Daniel Cincotta holds a degree in Business Administration majoring in Finance from Florida Atlantic University . Danny has worked in various roles including admissions, mergers & acquisitions, and most recently facility operations at the executive level. Danny has eight years of experience and specializes in launching new facilities, growing existing facilities, facility turn around and quality improvement.

Danny brings to the Diamond Recovery team expertise in operational experience across a multitude of different states. He possesses a natural ability to lead others and motivate his teams to improve daily. With a strong command of process and protocol he organizes his teams to operate effectively in order to deliver the highest quality level of client care.

When not working Danny spends his time either on the beach, in the gym or watching New York Rangers hockey.

Allison Trim, National Director of Business Development

Allison Trim attended Temple University studying Public Health, which gave her a firm understanding of how to tackle societal problems systematically. Her education coupled with her personal experience in recovery affords her the expertise and compassion to truly help individuals struggling with mental health or substance use disorders. Allison is also a certified interventionist (CNDAI II) with the ability to provide many resources for family members seeking help for their loved ones.

Allison has worked in the behavioral health field for the last 5 years. She has played a pivotal role in assisting behavioral health facilities to grow and create processes and procedures to ensure that each patient is treated based on their individual needs. Allison has extensive experience in providing each patient and their family with the support they need to not just survive but to truly heal and thrive and maintain lasting recovery.

Nicole Smigielski, Executive Director

Nicole Smigielski holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Addictions Counseling from Indiana Wesleyan University along with being a Certified Alcohol and Drug Addiction Consultant (CADAC).

For the past nine years, Nicole has dedicated her life to helping others that struggle with substance abuse disorders. Her passion and drive in this field comes from “giving back what she was given”.

Nicole has worked in many roles including case management, business development and facility operations management at an executive level. Having a clinical and operational background has broadened her scope of work as she specializes in opening facilities, staff training, legal liaison work along with state licensure and regulations.

When not working, you can find Nicole enjoying the sun near any body of water, watching Notre Dame football in the fall and spending time with her two children.

Zachary Levenson, CFO

Zachary joins the Diamond Recovery team with over 12 years of experience in business operations and a specialty in managerial accounting. He has led teams of up to 100 employees and successfully overseen multi-million-dollar projects. Proficient in managing cash flows within multi-level corporate structures, Zachary brings financial acumen to the Diamond endeavor. Beyond the boardroom, his passions drive an active lifestyle — cycling, running, and golf are his go-to pursuits for physical well-being. When not in motion, he cherishes moments with his dogs, offering them his undivided attention. Zachary’s journey is a blend of professional expertise and a commitment to a balanced, fulfilling life both inside and outside the business arena.

Jake Slater Morris, MSHRM​

Jake Morris is a strategic HR leader with 4+ years of demonstrated ability to develop a strategic staffing vision, shape corporate culture, and empower organizational change. His passion derives from championing initiatives at the strategic, tactical, and operational level to increase internal alignment, leading to external competitiveness. He attended Florida International University (FIU) for undergraduate and graduate school. Jake obtained his undergraduate degree in Liberal Studies, with a concentration in Law, Business, and Society. He also obtained his graduate degree in Human Resource Management (MSHRM).
